Today’s recipes for dinner.
Green peas and bacon
Cook 250 gr. bacon with two spoons of “olio extravergine d’oliva” for five minutes.
Then add 1 kg. of green peas, salt and some “maggiorana”.
Add some water, the cook for half an hour.
Shrimps and tomato sauce.
Cook the shrimps with salt and extravergine olive oil.
Then peel the shrimps.
Put a clove of garlic in another frying-pan, add 2 cups of olive oil, cook for 2 minuts, then combine the peeled shrimps with garlic, oil and some tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
Bastoncini di pesce.
I don’t remember what’s their name in English, but I think you can see from the photo :-D, cook in the microwawe oven for 10 minutes.
